The brand first started as the in store brand for a high fashion men's clothing store in the fashionable area called Soho, London in the United Kingdom called the Concrete Shop. It soon became an actual clothing collection that even began to show at one of the most prestigious Fashion Weeks in the world, the London Fashion Week.

Once again the collection was a hit with fashion followers and critics alike. To cater to women who wanted to wear Unconditional Clothing the label started a parallel women's line and started showing it at the London Fashion Week as well. After showing at the London fashion week for five seasons and getting great reviews from fashion magazine editors and fashion industry watchers alike, the people at Unconditional decided to take the collection across the Atlantic and the its lines for men and women debuted at what is probably the most popular Fashion Week in the world, the New York Fashion week. The collection has now shown with great success at the New York Fashion week for two seasons with equally great results. The Atlas of Fashion Designers of the year 2009 called it one of the brands that has the most impact on British fashion today.
